Yummy

Ever have a meal that looks so beautifully delicious that you just stare at it. You don't just dive into that sort of meal... no. You savor it. I had that type of moment today when preparing my simple lunch of soft boiled egg, Jarlsburg cheese and crusty baguette. And my sparkling water with mint and sweet peach was so refreshing I had to take this picture. I have been on the move, eating without noticing for far too long. Today was my return to paying attention.

Paying attention is delicious.
